A unique opportunity to visit the island of Columbus on board 6-8 passenger cars. We will leave the main roads to discover the most beautiful and unspoiled corners of this green island.
We take jeeps on the luxury Fred Olsen Express ferry from the port of Los Cristianos on Tenerife to the port of San Sebastian on Gomera. The crossing time is about 50 minutes.
In the program, among others a visit to the world's oldest laurel and heather forest, in which there are over 400 species of exotic plants and shrubs. Today it is the area of the National Park inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Old laurel trees and powerful heaths reaching several meters, often shrouded in fog, give the place a specific character.
The steep passes, popularly called "barrancos", piled with lots of terrace plots, tiny villages situated at the foot of mountains and hills are one of the most interesting views, but also places where the inhabitants of the island live to this day.
The price of the trip includes dinner combined with a demonstration of the whistled language used once by "Guanches" - native inhabitants of the Canary Islands. At the end of the trip, visit the capital of San Sebastian and free time for a walk through the streets of the city. In the afternoon, ferry crossing to Tenerife and return to the hotel.
